2. The JCOE Process Advantage (Why it matters?)

               

Why do we use the JCOE process instead of traditional rolling? Because it guarantees Perfect Roundness.

  • J-ing: The steel plate is pressed into a"J"shape.

  • C-ing: It is further pressed into a"C"shape.

  • O-ing: Finally formed into an"O"shape.

  • E-xpanding (Mechanical Expansion): This is the most critical step. We expand the pipe from the inside to eliminate residual stress and ensure the diameter tolerance is within  ± 2mm.

  • Result: A pipe that is perfectly round, making on-site welding much faster and safer.

LSAW pipes are valuable assets. We don't ship them naked. We provide integrated coating services in our factory:

  • 3LPE (3-Layer Polyethylene): The standard for buried pipelines. Service temp -40°C to 80°C.

  • FBE (Fusion Bonded Epoxy): Excellent adhesion and chemical resistance.

  • Concrete Weight Coating (CWC): For subsea pipelines to provide negative buoyancy (keep the pipe on the ocean floor).

5. Strict Quality Control (QC)

We welcome Third Party Inspection (TPI) from SGS, BV, or DNV. Our internal QC includes:

  1. 100% Ultrasonic Testing (UT): Checks the weld seam and the full pipe body.

  2. 100% X-Ray (RT): Digital radiography for weld seams.

  3. Hydrostatic Testing: Each pipe is tested at 100% specified pressure for 10 seconds.
